That area within the city limits on the north by the waters of Puget Sound and commencement Bay, on the east by a line running due south from Commencement Bay to the intersection of Schuster Parkway and North 30th Street, then west on North 30th street to North Alder Street, then south on Alder Street to the Cedar Street transition and continuing south to SR 16, on the south by the south side of SR 16 to South 19th Street, then west on South 19th Street to the waters of Puget Sound, on the west by the waters of Puget Sound and the west and north along 6th Avenue to the Narrows Drive transition and continuing north to North 26th Street, the east on North 26 Street to Pearl Street/SR 163 to the waters of Puget Sound. Any boundary formed by a street includes the parcels on either side of the street.

타코마 시에서는 주류 마리화나 국으로 이 새로운 규정이 만성취객으로 인해 빛어졌던 문제들을 얼마나 완화시켰는지에 관한 보고서를 2016년 10월 31일까지 제출해야 합니다.

 RVP 에 가입된 업소에서 처음으로 미성년자에게 술을 판매하였을 때, 주류 마리화나국 에이전트는 귀하의 업소에 다음과 같은 조건이 제대로 갖추어 졌는지를 확인할 것입니다.

1. RVP에 가입하였을 때 제공한 Certificate. 이 인증서는 공중이 잘 볼 수 있는 곳에 걸어 두어야 합니다.

2. 종업원을 위한 주류 판매 방침이 업소에 게시되어 있어야 합니다.

3. 주류 판매자들을 교육한 자료를 제시할 수 있어야 합니다.

이러한 모든 자료를 제대로 제시할 수 있을 때는 2년간 집행유예를 받을 수 있으며 2년안에 더이상의 위법사항이 발생하지 않는다면 더이상 처벌되지 않습니다.

 맥주와 와인 제품을 $15,000 이상 소유하는그로서리 업소에서는 생맥주와 사이더를 팔수 있습니다(growler). 크기에 제한이 없이 위생적인 용기 (업소자체 조달, 손님이나 유통업자 제공) 에 담아 팔수 있으며, 생맥주를 따라 판매하는 직원은 반드시 필수 알콜 접대자 교육을 받고 Class 12퍼밋을 소유해야 합니다. Growler를 그로서리 면허에 추가 배서하기 위해서는 신청서를 제출해야 합니다.
